Graveyard Graveyard Hastarengga Imogiri actually, and is the tomb of a younger age compared with Kotagede tomb. In this Imogiri tomb, buried Kings who once ruled the kingdom of Mataram after the death of Panembahan Senopati, especially the son of Sultan Agung Hanyokro Kusumo. This tomb was built on the hill, and to achieve it we must climb the stairs of stone terraces as much as 345 pieces to arrive at a crossroads.
The pilgrims are required to wear special clothing like that worn in the Tomb Kotagede. Vehicles that go into this area is a micro-bus from Brontokusuman, arrived at Terminal Imogiri. Distance from the teminal totomb only 100 meters away , within walkingdistance .
Pilgrimage to the Tomb of Imogiri can be done every Monday between 10.00 am until 13:00 or Friday between the hours of 13:00 until 16:00
